REAL ESTATE AND HOUSING LAW
The real estate and housing law practice provides a broad spectrum of legal services to our clients. We represent various businesses, real estate entities, developers, cooperative/condominium Boards, trade associations and individuals, and serve these clients in all types of simple and complex real estate transactions, including secured and unsecured loans, commercial and retail leasing, building sales and purchases, equipment leases, operating agreements and apartment closings.
The Firm represents more than eighty cooperative and condominium Boards in the New York City area, and counsels boards, shareholders and managing agents on all aspects of cooperative and condominium living. We are experienced in serving such entities in mortgage financing, contracts, the preparation and revision of governing documents, and litigation.
The Firm has also earned an outstanding reputation in the area of tenants’ rights, and offers extensive expertise in representing individuals and tenant groups. Our work encompasses all types of landlord-tenant disputes, as well as representation before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and other government agencies.
The Members of the Firm have participated as speakers and contributors in programs presented by various Bar Associations, professional groups and community organizations.

LITIGATION
The members of the litigation practice combine the skills of seasoned litigators with common-sense judgment aimed at resolving disputes favorably for clients through cost effective and comprehensive solutions. The Firm’s litigation work includes commercial and business litigation, real estate matters, landlord-tenant disputes, as well as public interest issues. Our attorneys handle both large and small cases, and practice in the Federal and State courts in New York, as well as before administrative agencies and arbitration panels.
