MICHAEL R. FINDER
Michael R. Finder is the Firm’s founding member, and has shaped the Firm’s development since 1983. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, including all types of purchase and sales transactions, financing, leasing, workouts, and cooperative/condominium Board representation. Mr. Finder has lectured extensively and has been interviewed and quoted on numerous occasions in the New York press, radio and other media. He is a 1980 graduate of Brooklyn Law School.

ANDREA T. NOVICK
Andrea T. Novick is an expert in the field of housing law, and has lectured extensively before the New York State Bar Association and New York County Bar Association in legal education programs, and conducted numerous training sessions and workshops for professional and public interest organizations. Ms. Novick has been retained as appellate counsel in many high-profile housing law cases, and is also widely experienced in administrative agency practice and real estate litigation. Following her graduation in 1978 from Rutgers University School of Law, Ms. Novick held positions as a litigation attorney with several private and public-interest entities. She became a partner of the Firm in 1986.

THOMAS P. KERRIGAN
Thomas P. Kerrigan has a broad-based practice, with particular concentrations in real estate law and general litigation. His real estate practice includes the range of residential and commercial transactions and he serves as counsel to numerous cooperative and condominium associations. He practices extensively at the trial and appellate levels in the New York State and federal courts and has been involved as trial or appellate counsel in many significant cases. Before coming to the Firm, Mr. Kerrigan held a number of positions in public interest law offices, specializing particularly in housing law. He is a 1977 graduate of New York University School of Law and has been a member of the Firm since 1986.
